All internet payments are protected and secured by PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal.
As soon as your payment has cleared we will send you a confirmation email, which also acts as your receipt.
Minimum order of £18.00, this includes 3 packs of Jerk soya. Orders are sent out every working Monday and Tuesday to ensure you receive your item within 2/5 working days.
Your order is cold thermal insulated and packaged to ensure it stays under the correct temperature of 8°c or less, this ensures your Jerk soya is at its best quality and condition for you.
For bulk orders please contact us as we may be able to arrange a special discount.
Delivery is via UK mail. We are unable to deliver outside of the UK Mainland. Flat rate delivery charge is £8.64
When placing an order please provide a correct address and ensure someone will be there to receive the delivery as Brownins Food cannot take responsibility for any issues that may result from your items not being able to be delivered to you.
Unfortunately, Brownins Food can not take responsibility for damaged and lost goods. Neither can we guarantee delivery times.
If we are out of stock, we will contact you via email within 24hours.
If there is a fault (excluding accidents, misuse and damage in transit) with your product, providing you have evidence that we are responsible we will offer you a replacement.
We can not accept refunds and will not take responsibility for any returned items which are lost in transit.
